Jackie Kang is a senior in designing digital products and services with practice applying research methods and setting the experience vision. Her background in user research and human-centered design informs her insightful and detailed approach.

Fueled by her passion for understanding and meeting the core needs of her user, she considers work to revolve around people's goals and behaviors. To Jackie, life is a ‘forever classroom,’ and she is eager to both build her industry knowledge by staying in tune with the latest trends and her technical knowledge by collaborating with tech leads.

Creating connections is a key part of Jackie's life. She searches for and welcomes different perspectives through book clubs and Bible studies, swing dancing, calligraphy, photography, and traveling.

Jackie most recently worked in the financial industry and is now back in school, pursuing her Masters in Divinity with Greek and Hebrew certificates.
